It taught me a lot, but I didn't understand enough near the last couple sections, and the lack of a graphing calculator or knowledge on how to do half the tech things was problematic. Wasn't sure if I was allowed to use Excel during tests.

I thought the course touched on all area's of IT making for a well rounded individual in the basic of an IT operation. The touchstone also required a grasp of what was in the course. I did like how it also brought current topics of IT into it, like AI and ethics. Thank you.

Struggled with the lack of explanatory videos as well as the online tutoring not working for me properly. Had to learn through YouTube videos and Khan Academy mostly. I wish Sophia Learning had a better teaching ecosystem.
