John's voice sounds like the AI voice used on YouTube for segments on Marcus Aurelius and stoicism. Shocked to find out he was a real person. Overall, this class was kind of tricky for me, especially since I'm a logistical thinker and my strong suit is processing data, but I did well with notes, and so can everyone else!

This is a great course! Pretty easy and short compared to other courses I've taken from Sophia Learning. It's definitely more basic and foundational, but it gives a great overview of the starting points on all nutrition topics. Highly recommend!
